Argument Essay

Every society consists of a lot of families. To have a good society, you should have good families with special characteristics, as you can, but how do you do that? Every society has a different culture and suppositions about marriage. In addition, your culture affects your decisions to build your family. You are demanded to build a good family to contribute in your society’s development. There are some kinds of family. I believe that a small family is better than a big family for the parents to be able to educate, control, and socialize children.

First, education is the main base to make your children contribute to their society. Parents must make their children good students in the school’s environment. Actually, they can’t do that unless their children are few to control them. For example, parents teach their children how to be polite and to respect their teachers and peers. But if their children are many, then the parents will be confused. Also, parents have to teach their children how to be effective in their society. For example, if their children will be teachers, officers, or doctors they will make their society develop. But if their children are many, their parents can’t make them as they want. To contribute to your society’s development you’d better have few children to focus on their education to affective members.

Second, to be able to educate your children to be good members you have to control them. If parents can control their children they will make them as they want. For example, if your child doesn’t want to go to school, you can’t force him if you can’t control him. Also, if parents have many children, they can’t
control their children to protect their children from drugs; besides, their children will be bad members in their society. For example, if you have ten children they will drive you crazy because they have different behaviors, thoughts, and beliefs that will make you to be incapable of controlling them. Therefore, to build a good family as you want, you should have a small family.

Third, to produce a good family to your society, you should give your family’s members a good life. You are demanded to guarantee a comfortable life for them to keep them away from crime’s causes. For example, if your child doesn’t get his/her needs, he/she will get them in the wrong way; that will add bad experiences to him/her to be bad member in his/her society. If a child doesn’t get money to buy a tracksuit, he will get it from someone else in any way. Also, to have autonomous members in your family, you should teach them their responsibilities in their childhood and teach them how they make own decisions among their peers. For example, you should let your child do his/her homework; don’t do it instead of him/her. Therefore, a small family allows parents to do their assignments toward their family members.

Opponents say to contribute in your society’s development you should have a big family. They believe that if you bring numerous children, they will work in different areas that will develop the society. Also, they believe that if you have many children that will increase society’s population to have effective society. In the end, they say that children learn good behaviors from each other. But I am at odds with this conviction; it depends on the big family, because the small family has many characteristics that make it better than the large one. The small family is easy to deal with, small enough to control, and flexible to socialize. For example, if you have two children, you can know where they go, who they go with, and when they go and come. Therefore, it is obvious that the small family size is better than the large family size.

In conclusion, to make a good family you should focus on making its members good individuals; if others make good families, we will have a perfectly produced society. After that, the society will be independent, persistent, contributing, and a useful brick among other societies in the sharing of world development.
